The intelligent workspace for due diligence.
HudLink turns your data room into a self-updating diligence checklist — mapping documents, surfacing risk, analyzing the business, and grounding every answer in the source.
Built for M&A advisors, investment bankers, and private equity deal teams.
Your deal isn't complicated.
Your information is.
The analysis is the job you trained for. Almost none of your team's week is spent doing it.
Arriving in no particular order, with three versions of the same file.
Tracked in a spreadsheet that someone updates by hand, late.
An analyst opening files one by one to decide which requirement each satisfies.
Requests for missing information, sent by email, answered whenever.
The buyer, the lender, counsel, the target — all from the same pile.
The termination clause on page 40 that changes the price.
And no reliable answer to the only question that matters: how complete are we, really?
HudLink replaces that with one workspace. Every document mapped to the requirement it satisfies, every gap visible, every risk tied to its evidence, and every stakeholder seeing exactly what they should — so your team spends its time evaluating the business instead of assembling it.
Know how ready the deal really is.
Instead of asking whether diligence is finished, see exactly what's complete, missing, or blocked — and where your team needs to focus.
One workspace, always current — not a status someone has to remember to update.
Every deal. One view.
See every active transaction, where it stands, what is outstanding, and where your team needs to focus — without opening every deal room.
For advisors running several transactions at once — the deal that needs you today is the one at the top.
Needs your attention today. Three critical items are open and unresolved.
Nearly ready. One item noted for review — nothing blocking close.
Mid-diligence. One critical item needs to clear before IC.
Just kicked off. Four material findings flagged so far.
From data room to deal insight.
One continuous process. Every stage feeds the next, so nothing is re-keyed, re-uploaded, or re-explained on the way through.
Connect
Bring documents in by upload, straight from Google Drive, or invite the other side to add theirs. HudLink organizes them into one structured vault and automatically maps them to your diligence checklist.
Analyze & identify risks
Turn financial and operating data into a clearer picture of the business, with important findings surfaced and connected directly to the source evidence.
Collaborate & report
Give every stakeholder exactly the information they need, then turn findings into reports, CIMs, and deal-ready outputs.
One workspace. Every step of diligence.
From mapping documents to generating the final CIM — explore how each part of HudLink fits together, all built on the same shared source of truth.
Stop manually matching documents to your checklist
Map Documents
This is where the week goes. HudLink reads every file in the vault and matches it to the requirement it satisfies, resolving duplicates and superseded versions as it goes.
Completion stops being something an analyst assembles on a Thursday night and becomes something you can see at any moment.
See the business behind the numbers
Analyze Financials
The documents are the evidence. The business is what you're buying. HudLink turns the financial information in the vault into the picture your team needs to judge it.
Find what's buried before the other side does
Identify Risks
Customer concentration, expiring leases, figures that don't reconcile between two documents nobody read side by side. HudLink surfaces the finding, grades it against your own thresholds, and links it straight to the page it came from.
Your reviewer confirms it in seconds instead of hunting for it in hours.
Your deal analyst, on demand
Ask Questions
Ask questions, investigate findings, analyze checklist coverage, and generate reports — with every answer tied back to its source, down to the clause. You choose the boundary: this deal's documents, or public research.
Everyone sees what they need, nothing they don't
Manage the Vault
Keep the company's information in one place, then spin up a scoped workspace per buyer, lender, or counterparty — each with its own structure and its own access, all drawing from the same vault.
Update a document once in the vault and every workspace built from it is current.
Share exactly what each party needs, and nothing else
Share Securely
Set in plain terms, per workspace. The target's CFO can add documents without ever seeing your analysis.
One example. Roles are configured per workspace, per deal.
Know exactly what changed between diligence rounds
Track Every Change
Freeze the workspace at any milestone and compare. Readiness climbing, documents arriving, risks closing out — the progress of the deal as a record rather than an impression.
When a question comes back eighteen months after close, the answer is a file, not a memory.
Bring your template, HudLink fills in the rest
Generate CIM
Upload the deck or document your firm already uses — PowerPoint, Word, or PDF — and HudLink populates it with the deal's data, pulled from the same checklist and documents you've already mapped.

Deal information, handled the way deal information should be.
Who can see our documents?
Only the people you grant access to, workspace by workspace. Someone invited to one workspace cannot see the vault behind it or any other workspace built from it.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are never used to train or improve any model, they are not pooled with other clients' data, and they are not sold.
Can we see who did what?
Yes. Every upload, edit, status change, and share is recorded, and snapshots preserve the exact state of a workspace at any point in time.
Where does it run?
Our cloud by default. Dedicated compute, deployment into your own cloud account, and on-premises options are available for firms whose policies require them.
